  • Where do I send an email if I need help?

  • Where can I see % Complete for the course?

    You will see % completed at the top of the navigation guide.

  • What does % Completed mean?

    It's the percentage of lessons where the student has clicked Complete & Continue in the Course Player to mark the lesson complete.

  • What does % Viewed mean?

    It's the percentage of lessons that the student has navigated to within the course.

  • Why am I on a list that does not show 100% complete when I thought I completed the course?

    While in the course, double check the navigation guide to make sure your progress is showing as 100%. If a lesson isn't at 100%, you need to go through the lesson again and make sure you click the "Complete and Continue" button near the bottom.

  • Where can I find my certificate?

    When the course is 100% complete, a pop up will appear saying "Get My Certificate". Clicking on this button will take you to a page where you can download your certificate. You can also access all your certificates in your profile under enrollments.

  • Why won't my certificate download?

    This is a rare bug that happens sometimes at random. If you're unable to view or download your certificate, please reach out to [email protected] and someone will send you a copy of your certificate.

  • Why is the training blank and/or why won't the video play?

    Sometimes the training slides or a video won't load. Try the below before reaching out to [email protected].

      1. Hit the Refresh button on your browser.
      2. Check your internet connection or speed. A slow or weak connection can impact some videos.
      3. Try and finish the course on your phone. The videos sometimes load better on a mobile device.
